I am glad you have chosen to visit my website.  I appreciate contemplating seeking assistance can be a tough decision to make and one that often requires an exceptional amount of consideration and courage.  WE ALL KNOW THE SAYING THAT each journey begins with a first step.  You have just taken that first step!  Each journey is unique.  I believe I can offer you information and provide you with support wherever you are on your journey. 

Whether you are experiencing a problem with alcohol, mood altering drugs or some other form of addiction yourself, or if you are looking for help for a family member, friend, employee, or if you are in recovery and are seeking guidance help is available to you.

ADDICTION IS A RECOGNISED ILLNESS WHICH IS TREATABLE

Freedom from active addiction is available to everyone.  Freedom of choice is a wonderful gift which enables people to find out who they are, what they want and need and to live the life they choose. 

I am a recovering alcoholic who studied with The William Glasser Institute where I achieved status as a Reality Therapist.  Following this, I became a fully qualified Addiction Therapist, having trained and worked at Castle Craig Hospital in the Scottish Borders.
